1. Cut two scallops or circles 2. Find your center and poke a hole 3. Make a slice in both scallops from one edge to the middle. Decorate both scallops leaving 1/8th it empty 4. Attach both scallops to your card by putting a brad through the centre holes 5. Your top layer needs to be stationary so stick it to your card by putting a glue dot on the bottom of the first scallop to the right of the cut. Do Not glue down the whole scallop 6. Glue a small handle to the bottom scallop just to the right of the cut 7. Stick the slit of the bottom scallop through the slit on the top scallop and you're done.
