If you don't like dealing with tiny pieces, here's a way to make punch art eyes. Punch some holes in a piece of Whisper White card stock and glue it to a piece of Basic Black as shown below. Give yourself enough space to punch larger circles around the outsides. Line up the black dots in a circle punch and punch out your eyes.
If you stick them onto a sheet of Big Shot Adhesive you can peel them off and add them directly to your project.
