I saw a confetti fliger on YouTube and thought it was the coolest thing. They've been around for a while so I'm not sure who to thank for the idea but the oldest version I could find was on a blog named Hog Wild About Stamping.
Anyway. I wanted to make one using Stampin' Up punches so here's my version. Just a little heads up. If you're going to test this out on yourself make sure you aren't wearing a v-neck or you'll be picking confetti out of your bra for the rest of the day. Ask me how I know. I used those little hair elastics from the dollar store and it launches confetti or punches pieces up to 5'.
Tip top stuff. I'll epexct more now.

Thanks Jackie, this is awesome. Just made it and it will be great for all those people who know I put confetti in their cards. Maybe they will get a surprise with this. Great Idea, thanks for sharing.

This is awesome!!! I love how it "throws" the confetti at the recipient. Now I need to get that big punch. I don't have it yet. I wonder how many will be sold due to your invention:) Thanks for sharing!
