Addicted to Stamping

We're Moving...again

For real this time. We've had some delays in building so our new house isn't ready yet but we're planning to stay with my parents for a few months (thank heaven for family). I have to do some creative packing as I can't take everything with me...translation: I need to pack my stamping supplies in as few containers as possible so I can bring it all without hubby noticing. Wish me luck.  

Here's a sneak peek at my new craft room. I can't wait. I'll be a little busy this week packing and I'll be without internet service for a few days so I won't be doing any posts or answering emails until after July 31. So come back and see me in August when I start to post my convention swaps, my new samples and new pics of my craft room.

The Card of Regret

This was one of the cards I made to enter in the Artisan Award contest. It was the last project I worked on so I was rushing to get it shipped out at the last minute. I made a little swirly embellishment with a brad in the centre to balance out the card. I even snipped a little piece out of the corner of my banner so it would sit nicely on the card but I must have knocked it off when I photographed the card. I found the embellishment that evening when I was sweeping my craft room.  

Cute as a Button

I did most of this page in MDS then added some stitching with my sewing machine and sewed on some real buttons. The shine is in the photo I took of the page and doesn't show in real life.

Clearly a Happy Birthday

I made this card using a window sheet and embossed it with one of the embossing folders. I used a punch for the flower and made several layers.

Watercolor Thank You

This was another one of the cards I entered in the Artisan Award contest. I shouldn't have used Poppy Parade but the color and paper was perfect for this card.

Christmas in July

It's hard to get into Christmas when it's 85 degrees outside but I signed up for a Christmas swap at convention this year so I needed to do some experimenting.
