Holiday Punch Art Online Class Vol.1

It’s time for more Punch Art. I hope you’re as excited as I am! Let’s clear out those card stock scraps this holiday season and make room for Santa. I’ve created 23 Holiday Punch Art items using current Stampin’ Up punches. All the supplies I used for this class can be found in the 2012/2013 Stampin’ Up catalogue or the 2012 Holiday mini. Decorate your tags, bags and cards this year with punch art.

Here are the details....you’ll get full color photos, cheat sheets, step by step instructions and videos for each punch art project. How you use your punch art it up to you. I’ve included instructions for two bonus projects; a Simple Gift Card Holder and a Gift Bag. Use these as the base for your punch art or create some tags using some of Stampin’ Up’s tag dies or framelits.

Although I design my classes with Stampin' Up demonstrators in mind you don't need to be a demonstrator to order it.  And the class is online so it doesn't matter where you live. Once you place your order I'll email you the class link and login information so you can access the class. 

Birdhouse Card

This would be a great card for a Fun Folds class. It's made using the Diagonal Score Plate and some punches. The card base is 11" x 3-3/4" and the fold is scored at 1-7/8". The roof is a 3" square cut in half on the diagonal. If you'd like more details scroll down for the video tutorial

Feathered Friends Pet Ornament

My Stitched Stocking Online Class included a couple of punch art ornaments for our four legged friends. Here's one for the bird lovers out there. I used the Language of Friendship and Tags til Christmas stamp sets. The berries were made by stamping the largest flower from the Language of Friendship stamp set in Cherry Cobbler and punching it out with the circle punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack then sponging around the edges with Cherry Cobbler. I coated them with Crystal Effects after I had them glued into place.

Christmas in July

WhoHoo! 3 Cheers for Prize Patrol!!! I won this stocking stamp set and punch at convention. It's in the upcoming Holiday mini and it's the cutest set ever. It's has several patterned stockings and a coordinating punch so you don't have to cut them out. The bricks on this card are punched from the stocking cuff. The flames are the bird wing from the 2-step bird punch and the accents for the flame are the stocking heel. Can't wait to do some more punch art with this punch.

 

Bye Bye Bird House

I love this time of year when the new Stampin' Up catalogue comes out but it's also a little sad to see which of my favorite products will be retiring. I'm going to miss the photo corners punch that I used for the roof of my bird house. The house is the large tag punch and the circle and flowers are from the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack. The leaves are from the two-step bird punch.
