So much of my ribbon retired this year and I can't restock until July 1st so I'm dying some of my former ribbon with the new colors.
1. Take a piece of Very Vanilla Grosgrain ribbon and roll it into a coil. Start with your lighter color. I used Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler. In a plasic lid make a puddle of water and add a few drops of your lightest color reinker. Set the coil of ribbon in the puddle and let it soak in. Add a few more drops of reinker to the plastic lid and set the ribbon coil on it again. Move the coil around until you have the bottom edge all covered.
2.Turn the coil over onto a stamp pad or another lid using your darker color.
3. Unroll the ribbon and let it dry. You can speed the process with your heat gun. Stamp on the ribbon with black stazon and your favorite stamp set.

Thanks so much for the ribbon tip. I love the way you dyed it and will have to give it a try.

Beautiful card! Can you please tell me the name of the stamp (or stamp set) you used.
Thank you!
