Yes, they all do. You have to ask for a card without anaunl fees.If your credit is good you' re ok.American Express (rebate card) and Discover, they even give you some money back on purchases. (1-2%)Others give you frequent flier miles, points redeemable for something, what have you.Make sure to ASK for a no fee card.

I love this card. I'm an RN...in Mental Health..no uniform..no scrubs..but, this card is way toooo cute. A great card for National Nursing Week. Or, a thank you card for a special doctor! Thanks for the inspiration.
