If you don't like dealing with tiny pieces, here's a way to make punch art eyes. Punch some holes in a piece of Whisper White card stock and glue it to a piece of Basic Black as shown below. Give yourself enough space to punch larger circles around the outsides. Line up the black dots in a circle punch and punch out your eyes.
If you stick them onto a sheet of Big Shot Adhesive you can peel them off and add them directly to your project.
I was cleaning out some old files and came across this document about getting more from your punches. It was the document I submitted when I applied to be a Workshop Wow presenter at Regionals. Of course I got completely off topic and ran waaaay over the time limit so they'll probably never let me on stage again. Oh well. It was fun. You can see most of my presentation for Hamiltion Regionals here.
Oops! Got off topic again. Here's the punch ideas I didn't use in my presentation.
Here's a collection of magnetic items using the Sew Suite Product line and a variety of products from Stampin' Up's Occasion's Mini. If you want to incorporate some fabric and simple sewing into your classes this year, here's an easy place to start.
Each project is quite simple, even for beginners. I didn't have time to write out instructions so I video taped the projects as I made them and edited the video later. it's a little choppy but you'll get the idea. Scroll down below the video for the list of supplies.

Before I post more Masculine cards on my blog I thought I should throw in something girly. Here's a gift set made with the new Petal Cone and Fun Flower dies from Stampin' Up's Occasions Mini. It was one of my submissions for the Creative Crew Gallery on SCS I used the Love Letter DSP. The vase is the petal cone turned upside down (and filled with chocolates). The bows are made from the Vanilla Seam Binding.
It’s Raining Men!!! Not really. That’s the name for my next series of SAS class planners. 20 masculine cards suitable for a workshop, class or your next stamp-a-stack. More details here
There is a 2 page document for each card. One page has a photo of the card with instructions. The other paper has the list of supplies and class prep instructions.
I print mine out double sided and keep it in a binder sleeve until I'm ready to use it. The preparation for most of the cards takes less than 5 minutes and I leave the instructions at the card station for my customers to use.
In the meantime, here’s a free sample made with tin foil, card stock and an embossing folder. You can download the SAS planner here Download Metal Valentine
I made this card for the Stampin' Up Creative Crew Challenge on SCS. It will also be featured as one of the cards in my Masculine Card class. I used the Bingo Card stamp and some punched hearts. The sentment stamps are from Filled with Love.
