Here’s a simple slider I made for the Creative Crew Challenge on SCS. It still opens like a regular card. I cut a 2 ¼” slit in the card front . The slider is 2” wide and 8 ½” long. Fold it in half then put it through the slit. The fold prevents the slider from pulling all the way out and the tab at the top keeps it from going down too far. I cut a 4” x 5 ¼” mat and cut a 1 ½” x 2” window in the center to hide the slider.
The girl is from the All in the Family stamp set. I stamped her at the very top of a scrap of white card stock then tucked it behind the window. The sentiment and crown are stamped on the slider.
I just bought a new camera and I’m not having much luck with it but I’ll see if I can get a video posted when I get a chance.
Oh, this is a DARLING idea for a slider card!!!
