I made this card for a masculine swap I was in. I love the black and grey DSP! I cut it into 2" x 4" strips so I was able to get lots of cards from one pad of DSP. The 3D butterflies are made from 2 butterfly punched shapes. I folded them in half, drew the body on the card with a marker and glued a folded butterfly on either side of the body. The wings still stuck out after being squished in my suitcase for several hours
Great idea, Jackie, to fold the butterfly in half and draw the body. One that I'll have to try.

Awesome cards! The masculine card is very nice and I love the pieced dp on the second card. :)

Both cards are wonderful.....I agree with the subtle colors on the masculine card. Your butterfly is fabulous on the feminine card... As always, thank you for sharing with us!

I love the butterfly. I had just assumed that it was two glued on top of each other until I studied it more the other night. I put that punch on my next order. :) I love how much I've learned just from being your roommate! I am working on a card that is totally outside my normal creations and I just know it is because you rubbed off on me. I'm even sending it in for the SU art contest!
