I was hoping to get the rest of my artisan award entries posted before I left for convention but that didn't happen. I didn't win but I was one of the finalists Yah!!! I was pretty excited to hear my name called. I already have plans for next years projects. Can't wait to get started. I've kept you waiting long enough. Here's my last scrapbook page entry. I wasn't really happy with it but I ran out of time. BTW the letterpress plates work great on fabric. I inked up the word love with classic ink and ran a scrap of fabric through the big shot.
OK this is a little embarrassing but I can't post the supplies because I don't know how to copy and paste without my mouse. I'll edit my post when I get home.
This is the last of my cards. I don't think this one made it to the display boards at convention but I haven't had much time to check out the boards yet.
My favorite element on this card is the texturized ribbon. I punched a scrap of card stock on both sides with the pinking hearts punch, adhered the ribbon to the strip using Big Shot Adhesive then embossed it with a folder.
Here's another one of my 3D projects. I made a little dress with a matching purse, barrett, hanger and box. Some of the pieces are on display at convention.
Wow! Wonderful stuff! Love the dress and the packaging! I'm still awe-struck that you didn't win -- you're one of the first places I come to for inspiration ... always!

Jackie, these are all BEAUTIFUL!!!! I am so sorry that I didn't manage to stumble into you while at convention...was hoping to have a chance for a quick hello. Thanks for sharing all of the beautiful projects you used for the AA contest. In my book, you are as much of a winner as any of the gals who went to dinner with Shelli ...and to be honest, I thought the AA submissions on display were all beautiful but several of the boards couldn't hold a candle to yours! you rock and IMHO you ARE the epitome of the SU Artisan.
