This is one of the new stamp sets from the 2012 Occasions mini. The background is vellum embossed with an embossing folder and layed over Blushing Bride card stock. The charms and pleated ribbon are from the mini as well.
I made this card with some of the products from the Twitterpated Suite in the 1012 Occasions mini. The flower is a CASE from the Sale-a-bration catty and the hat pins are one of Stampin' Ups newest embellishments. If you're not a Stampin' Up demonstrator you'll have to wait until January to see all the new products but I'm sure you'll love them as much as I do.
**Tip** To attach a fabric flower like this one, punch a small circle from card stock and stitch the flower to it or use a brad to attach the flower to the circle then you can glue the card stock circle to the card without it showing on the inside of your card.
I couldn't wait to try out the new Framelits I preordered from Stampin' Up's Occasion's mini coming out in January 2012. I cut a folded Navy card base with the largest framelit. I left the fold intact and the framelit easily cut through both layers. I cut a third frame and glued it to the front of the card to hide the fold. I added two Modern Labels to make feet so the card would stand up.
Here's another version of my simply sent cookie box made with the Everyday Elegance Simply Sent Kit. The finished box size is 3-1/4" wide x 3-1/4" long x 2-1/2" high with a coordinating tag/card made from the left overs. I've included a photo tutorial you can download. I made some cookie boxes from the Everyday Elegance Simply Sent kit. You can purchase the kit from Stampin' Up's idea book and catalogue or earn it free during Sale-a-bration. The box is large enough to hold about 4 of the cookies I made with the Sweet Pressed Cookie Stamps. Download Simply Sent Cookie Box
