This is one of the new stamp sets from the 2012 Occasions mini. The background is vellum embossed with an embossing folder and layed over Blushing Bride card stock. The charms and pleated ribbon are from the mini as well.

Jackie, this is one of the few sets in the new mini that I didn't pre-order and now YOU are making me want it! Very cute....love the way you layered a glittery circle behind the dress with the sentiment.

Very nice card! I surely like the wedding dress w/words and the emb vellum. When does the new Occasions mini come out? Oh, I'm in the U.S. :)
