This is one of the cards I was playing around with for my Shaker Frame Class.
I sprinkled one of the shaker frames with gold embossing powder and heat embossed it. The foam gets soft when it's hot so don't touch it until it cools off again. Sometimes heat will disrtoy the adhesive so I stuck the frame in place before I embossed it.
