Why is it that I always come across the neatest things online while I'm supposed to be cleaning my house? Then I have to try whatever project or technique caught my interest and put off cleaning my house even longer. Too often my days end with a messy house and a really cool card. Not a bad trade off right? And I can always clean my house tomorrow.
Soooo today while I should've been cleaning I came across this really cool Origami Leaf Card on Pinterest. Since the instructions weren't in English and no measurements were included it took some trial and error before I finally figured it out. I like that the whole card is made out of one piece of paper. I played with the measurements and if you start with a piece of paper 8-1/2" x 12" it makes a 3-1/2" x 5" card with a little pocket inside that will hold a gift card. Here's the link to the instructions I used Leaf Card
If this card is a bit more complicated than you like check out my next post for the Super Simple Cheater Version.
It's a beautiful card, but a video would be so awesome. Please consider doing one.
Thank you, Barb

Please, please, please......would you consider making a video??????? Did I say Please?
That link only takes you to a Pinterest preview pic. When you click that, you get "404 Error: Page not Found" message.
Looking at the step by step pics of the preview pic, I follow it to a point but kinda get lost near the end.
If you scroll down below to related pins, there is a video but it doesn't end up as a card. His is an envelope - write a note inside and fold it up to close it.
Maybe once I have a piece of paper in front of me & start following the steps, it will be clearer what to do near the end??
But a video would be soooooo nice!
Great Job!!
