This Beautiful Day stamp set is one of my favorites for colouring. I'm so glad it made it into the new catalogue. I used a combination of Watercolor Pencils and Stampin' Write Markers and then blended the colours with a blender pen. This was one of my swap cards from the last OnStage event. Rather than cutting out the butterfly and popping it up to get a 3D effect I outlined it with a grey watercolor pencil and used the blender pen to soften the lines.
Although this would be a time consuming card to make for a class, it's perfect for those times when you're pretending to watch car/motorcycle/garage shows with your husband.
