Addicted to Stamping

Hello Sunshine

I hope everyone is staying safe and staying home if they can. I'm immunocompromised so I haven't ventured out in public for almost 3 weeks now. I've been doing a lot of stamping and organizing to pass the time.

This is a card I made for my daughter who lives 6 hours away. Although I talk to her almost daily I know it will be several months before I'm able to see her again. I used Stampin' Up's Under My Umbrella stamp set. I've been using some of my retired DSP and embellishments that I couldn't bare to part with. I've been hanging onto these felt flowers for years and figured it was time to stop hoarding them. I sponged the black and white DSP with the ink colours I used on the card.

Eiffel Tower

Stampin' Up's Parisian dies were one of the hardest products to resist from the Jan-June mini catalogue. A couple of sentiments from the Free as a Bird stamp set pair well with the Eiffel Tower. The swirl in the background is a stamp from Timeless Textures. For this card I used some felt flowers I found in my stash but for classes I'll using the new flower punch from the  Salebration flier.
