Fishy Friends

This was going to be one of my cards for the SUDSOL Blog Tour on May 17th but I'm too excited to wait. I came up with some other ideas for the tour so I can share this one early. It didn't photograph very well but the fish bowl is vellum with the kitty hanging over the side. Sail Away

This is one of my favorite stamps from the Summer mini. We made a version of this card for an event I did last week with 42 stampers. Thankfully my daughter came to help me. Many of the participants had never stamped before but it went smoothly.

I masked the background and sponged an oval with Marina Mist ink, stamped the boat in Early Espresso and sponged the edges of the top note. The string in the new Baker's Twine from the summer mini and the brad is from the Antique Brads collection.
